Recruitment
We are looking for exceptional individuals to join our investment advisory team in Stockholm and Zürich.
By design we have a flat structure, as we believe in giving our team members as much opportunity and responsibility as they can handle. We almost never make senior hires from outside – we want our junior professionals to develop into the partners of tomorrow.
Cevian mainly recruits candidates with 1-4 years of experience from management consulting, investment banking, investment management or similar, but we hire directly from university as well. We also offer internship opportunities for university students throughout the year.
During a recruitment process you will go through interviews with investment professionals at various levels of the firm and across our offices. This allows us to get to know you, and you to get to know Cevian and its culture, processes and daily working life.
